They have stooped to a new low in low income housing! Way too many Chicago and Rockford thugs. Units need too much maintenance and the maintenance is poor. Fair appearance. Fair parking. Safety is poor, the Neighborhood Watch are usually watching the sun rise or set. Way too many "so-called" inspections that are more like home invasions. Very poorly managed. Eight thumbs down!!!
