Review for Yamber Real Estate Apartments

Having Yamber Real Estate as a landlord is a total nightmare. Where do I begin?? First off, they have NO CLEANING CREW. When you move in, if the previous tennants did not clean, you WILL BE STUCK WITH A FILTHY PLACE. Quarter inch grime in the fridge, sticky nasty cabinets, BLACK nasty shower. Their repair service is a joke. They have one old guy for all their properties and it takes forever if they even do anything. You will be lied to and taken advantage of. WATCH YOU LEASE! They take no responsibility of the roof, gas pipes, etc. Say a gas pipe bursts, ITS YOUR FAULT! Snow caves in your roof, ITS YOUR FAULT! This company used to be nice when the Docter was in charge but Marilyn is running this business to the ground. By best advice: STAY AWAY!!!
