Review for Courts Of Williamsburg Apartments

These apartments are VERY over priced. There is no excercise room, no club house, nothing. They have a pool that opens late in the season and close early. The property owner and property manager are both rude and have no respect for their renter's. I have seen them issue 5 day notices for people who are 3 day's late on their rent. They raise the rent every year and they have more people moving out once they find out the truth about the place. They once left a renter's bathroom un-usuable for 5 days. they statred a repair on a thursday and was to be completed by friday afternoon they didnt complete he repair until the following tuesday. They have a drop box for rent and when they feel ready they remove the rent from the box and they send it to the office. the office charges you a late fee for not getting it to them on time. They have also been known to say they didnt get your rent and have you issue them another check once they receive your second check they cash them both and wont issue you a refund they say it will be next month's rent. In the lease year I lived there I must have seen 15 people move out. Do yourself a favor KEEP LOOKING!
