Review for Spruce Pointe Apartments

I have been here for 3 months now and while everything about this apartment hasn't been perfect, I give a big thanks to the management team and maintenance guys for being responsive and helpful. The management has been helpful and easy to get along with, no problems there. When I have called to have maintenance fix something, they get to it within the next business day (with the exception of one time when they had to order a part). The apartment itself was decently clean when I arrive to move in. They had just put in a new dish washer, microwave and laminate flooring in the kitchen. The refridgerator is not brand new, but in close to perfect condition and the same goes for the stove. The AC unit really kicks out the cool air, although if you leave it on over night, it will lose its effectiveness after 4 hours or so. The bathroom isn't anything special, but they did just put new linoleum down right before I moved in. The tub is one thing that I do not like about this place; it squeaks. Every time you shift your weight it squeaks, and not exactly quietly (this could be an issue just in my unit though). Overall I am very happy with this apartment complex, the only reason I see myself moving out is perhaps to move to a different part of the city (most of my friends live a half hour away on the opposite side of town). If this was on the other side of town, I would never consider moving until I buy a house.
