Review for Timberland At Crestbruck Park Apartments

The office staff at Crestbruck Park apartments are some of the most unprofessional and rude people I have ever met. They tell you one thing to get you to sign a lease then completely go back on it. They find all sorts of reasons to charge random fees and request to inspect your apartment whenever they want to. Their requests are left as notes on everyones doors- even in writing they are harsh. The request stated "We will be in your apartments Monday for inspection- No Exceptions" and that's it!! They also do not return phone calls.

Maintenance wise- there is dog poop everywhere! I moved in a year ago and the same 2 foot long crack that was in the window of the front door is still there- covered with duct tape. The pool was never drained in the fall so it filled with nasty black water where it's still sitting over winter. Doesnt make you want to swim in it this summer!
