Review for Sterling Univeristy Mills Apartments

The apartment I lived in was very well kept. They do a very nice job in getting an apartment cleaned up for new tenants. Yet when you have a complaint about something needing fixed they are slow to react. Management seems to only care about "filling" the apartments but not care about keeping them filled. Management looks to be bothered or impatient when talking to you face to face. The Noise levels are insane. If you live next to the pool the noise is constant from 10 AM to 11 PM, which is expected during the summertime. If you don't live on the top floor you will get loud pounding noises evertime the people above you walk through their livingroom because the floors are extremely thin. People who live here are all college students and I expect it to get a little rowdy from time to time, but on a Friday or Saturday night expect it to be crazy EVERY week. The college kids who live out here have NO respect for others and can't handle themselves. It is mainly the young ones, fresh out of high school or second year students that still don't understand the meaning of respecting your neighbors. Wish they made it mandatory for incoming freshmen to live on campus The freedom and space is very nice here, but sometimes the silence is more important.
