Review for University Manor Apartments

i have lived here all school year. i didnt move here by choice but it is a better place to live than a lot of complexes i have seen. the new management is nice i guess, they are a little flighty but they know me by name and are pretty nice to deal with. they are doing a lot of upgrades recently so things are starting to get a lot nicer looking than they were. they arent the fastest at fixing things, but everything they are fixing up in the complex is nice. they security system doesnt work sometimes- we have these cards we have to use to get in the building. the thing is, one door never works so you cant ever get in it (its not a main door though) and a lot of the other doors frequently dont shut all the way so someone could get in if they wanted to probably. its not a bad place to live, its pretty quiet and the apartments are a nice size (i live in a 1 bedroom) BUT they are losing a lot of people due to rent increasing by a lot. i dont think its worth what i will soon have to pay. i am moving out when my lease is up.
