Review for Chambers Management Inc Apartments

Rented at Lakewood Hills in Coralville, Iowa. As long as the money is coming in, they are helpful and friendly. When it comes to expenses or money being spent or lost, forget it. The response to repairs is non-existent, even flooding around the washers and dryers..... "it's been that way a long time, we can't fix it". DUH! Hire someone who can manage water at the ground level. Broken dryers not fixed. Painted surfaces have not seen a brush or roller in a generation or so.
