** WARNING: Do Not rent this apartment (ADVANCE HOMES, ADVANCE PROPERTIES). Their apartment is shitty. They'll promise everything before you move in, and after that, you're nobody to them. I still have 2 more months till my lease ends, I can't wait.

Again, please DO NOT rent this, or you will REGRET it.
