Although there is off street parking, very often you can never find a place to park because many of the tenants have several people staying with them forcing those who pay rent to park out in the street. The management does not assign parking spaces. Also the noise level is very bad, especially from the apartments above or below one another. These apartments were built around 1950 after World War II and very little was done in the way of insulation and noise. The kitchens and bathrooms are both very small - the living rooms and bedrooms, however, are of adequate size. There is also a small dining area. The apartments are in general well maintained and if there is a problem the staff will address any issues that come up very quickly. But I base my rating on the noise level, parking, general condition of the unit which could use some modernization.
