Review for Fairview Apartments

I've lived here for 3 years now and when I came there was a sense of community. When management changed, so did that. The new landlord is arrogant and doesn't care about the residents in the slightest. He sets rules, but doesn't seem to think they apply to him, or his friends. The pool area is uncomfortable to bring children as people are drinking, smoking and utilizing foul language as if it's their very own personal bar. The residents are nice people, but the sense of community has been completely obliterated.
