Rented: 2006 To 2007

Nancy the blonde witch of the west, is out to get you!! This basement apt had water backed up 4 times form the sewer, once from the washer upstairs, I had pictures and video of the carpet damage and SHE was took all of my deposit to pay for the "damage" I did to the carpet!!! What about "wear and tear"...no one ever came to fix things, but really quick to charge $50 to change a light bulb!! Avoid Lincoln Property management at all costs...TRULY EVIL !!!!If I could give these demons a -10 rating I would BEWARE!!
