Review for Southgate Management Apartments

we were very happy to get this apartment as it was close to the hospital and all. but the management people only say things, they dont get it done. the garage is always very dusty and dirty, after repeated calls i was told they clean it only twice a year. i lived there for a full year and not once was it cleaned. so if you are renting here get ready to spend a lot on car washes!!!
oh and this must be shared. someone had a dog visiting them and it dirtied the elevator. even after calling they didnt get it cleaned well. the elevator smelled of talc and pee for a really long time.
well the maintenance guys are good. they fix the problem pretty good.
