Review for Chapelridge Of Cedar Rapids Apartments

Management sucks. I had a horrible experience while living there. There is a serious problem with mold in the apartments (sometimes mushrooms will start growing inside of you apt. due to the mold). You wouldn't expect this due to the fact that the apts. were built in 2004. I wouldn't recommend anyone to live there. The staff members will go inside your mail box to see who's getting mail at your address which is invasion of privacy and eventually someone will slap them with a law suit. THE ENVIRONMENT HAS BECOME GHETTO! BEWARE! DON'T MOVE TO CHAPEL RIDGE IN MARION!
