Rented: From 2007 To 2009

The staff is rude, they try to charge you for small or stupid things when you move out. They blame you for everything. The maintenance man (Will) is worthless - never gets anything repaired in a timely manner. Rhonda, the "on-site" manager, never answers her phone and usually isn't home if you need anything.
