Great townhomes. Maintenance-man, Jason, has more than once dropped what he was doing to help w/ garage door, screen door, and a leak, to mention a few times.

Joni, the property manager, is very professional and extremely helpful with any questions. She is dedicated to the comfort and well-being of her tenants.

A couple of our neighbors have been loud late into the evening on occasion. One party, for instance, resulted in men in their 20's walking back from the pool to their porch with their swim gear around their ankles; however, as soon as management was alerted they took care of the situation.

With all that said, the good and the bad, I wouldn't be moving out if I wasn't leaving the state.
