Some of my friends planned to move into Westbrook, because of her irresponsible and arrogant behavior they dropped their plan to move into Westbrook. After you become tenant also she doesn’t listen to a single word you say. She just does what ever she feels like doing she will say 'NO' to anything you request, no matter what it is. If you complain about the snow she won't response anything. First of all she doesn’t care anything I am not sure how she is continuing in her job. If she continues here like this in future no one will come into Westbrook.
