Review for Crosswinds Apartments

Crosswinds has a great appearance outside, very clean, quiet, and a nice up-to-date place. But much like a siren, their song may sound beautiful but there are underlying intentions. Miss communication is very frequent between management and tenets. We were told certain prices for rental and pet deposit, and then it changed 3 times before getting a final price when signing the lease. If you want Sunflower cable or currently have Sunflower, do not move here. Due to a "spat" between management and Sunflower, the tenets have to pay the price of not having the option to have Sunflower as their cable/internet provider. This place goes by the code "If they do not ask, we do not tell". Much like a cat hunting a mouse, if you want direct respectful communication please go somewhere else. You pay too much money here to have the run-around this place gives you. Instead, they should pay the tenets to live here. No wonder they have such a high "turnover" rate.

I completely agree with this. And if you try to contact the manager of the whole complex that oversees staff and staff management, don't bother. They don't accept calls from tenants, they only take "messages" and don't return your calls. Ever.
