Very Old Apartment Complex

This apartment Complex is very old. I dont think these have been remodeled. The problem primarily is about the bugs and water leakeges. Last Summer we had water dripping from the rest room ceiling which resulted in a patch of dry ceiling falling down. The staff did fix it however only after 3-4weeks. The front office staff is good.
