This apartment complex is nice...... but.... pretty loud. I have had two sets of neighbors who party and nothing has been done. Their smoke drifts down to my place and I can't get rid of the smell. Pretty unsettling to a nonsmoker. Also there are loud motorbikes being run up and down the streets of the complex early in the morning. As much as I pay to live here, I am beginning to think I could pay much less elsewhere for the environment at BP. I moved here for the older population and didn't mind paying more for a quiet place. I am disappointed.
