Review for Outlook Apartments

I lived here for over a year and a half. When I moved in it took over a month to get my mailbox keys and 2 months later it broke and my dad had to fix it. I moved out when my baby was 2 months old because the dishwasher leaked, toilet was perpetually clogged, it is full of drug dealers, people are constantly getting drunk and arrested, and my heater did not work for 3 out of 4 winter months. Also during the winter we could not get up the slope into the apartment complex, we could hear our neighbors through the wall, AND there is 2 washers and dryers for the whole complex. Johnson Drive is also host to multiple festivals and fairs year round and the parking lot is always full of parking for nonresidents. The apartments are somewhat decent on the inside even though when I moved inthe was junk crusted onto my kitchen and took me 5 hours to clean and the carpet was stained horribly. Also the old management was crappy and the new management is crappy and bitchy. When I lived there rent was 400 for a 1bedroom but they were constantly raising the rent. My friend moved in 1 month after me and was charged 485. LOOK OUT for OUTLOOK apartments. You'll regret it!
