Rented: From 2007 To 2009

I have lived here for two years and the management and the maintenance staff has changed three times already and have gotten progressively worse. They take weeks if not months to fix anything and that's with constant calling and hasseling. The ants are overwhelming and last for a few months. The windows are extremely drafty and most leak when it rains. Pipes continually leak even after they've been "fixed" and now they're starting to charge extra fees for everything.
