Review for Colonial Park Townhouses Apartments

I was a resident for four (4) years and was evicted for trumped up reasons during my last several months of tenancy. After eviction I sadly found out this is a co-operative and is totally protected from and exempt from all rules and regulations of the "Kansas Residential Landlord and Tenant Act"
It will cost you thousands of dollars to by in and when they elect to evict you, you will receive nothing back no matter what they tell you at time of initial contract signing. Also no matter how clean you leave the unit they will have many erroneous refurbishing bills alleging their necessary expense to get the unit ready for occupancy again. No matter what they tell you or document you can not and will not be allowed rent the unit out yourself to another occupant. This has happened to several people I know and who were living there during and after my tenancy. I urge you do not fall for this scam. It is a legal loop hole and this outfit chooses to continue to take full advantage of me, you, and any other unsuspecting prospect they can lure in.
