Rented: From 2008 To 2009

i lived at summit woods for one year and have NEVER EVER rented from such a horrible landlord. office staff is just going downhill rapidly, general maintenance is as well. i had so many issues and to cap it all off, they did not pay back my security deposit.
Also, just a warning... there were at least 5 break ins during a week timespan! if you have a nice vehicle or nice things, do NOT move into Summit Woods!
