Totally Inept Maintenance, POOL didnt open until July(claimed renovations were slowed by rain-but it was'nt), workout room repeatedly inacessable for one reason or another, no Jacuzzi just a tub of hot water, they ignore noise complaints, at least 50 exterior lights not working or missing(including address lights), no credit or rent concessions for above tenant agreement abuses.
