One thing you will noticed is that people don't pick up after their dogs AT ALL!!! You will also noticed a huge amount of cigarettes on the ground. I don't think they have smoking and non-smoking buildings though. I wouldn't want to live here in the fall and spring because if you have your windows open, people's smoke from outside could get in your house. This is gross for those people who are non-smokers. The trash is in a central location, but it really sucks for those people who have to walk 5-10 minutes to take their trash out, especially if it is cold outside and who wants to put the trash in their car just to take it to the dump. The work out room is nice. There is a nice out door pool too. You can also play pool and get online in the club house. The maintenance crew does a great job keeping the parking lots, sidewalks, and roads clear in the winter.
