I moved to Kings Cove in 2004 since then the management and the property as well as what is printed on the lease agreement has been neglected. Management does not or will not enforce noise or nuisance statues in the area and will only interfere if rent money is involved (no payment of it) the property is not upkept on a timely basis and they let anyone and everyone speed through our aparment community faster than 35mph (someone will get hurt or killed soon) I see this place going down hill in another year if something is not done about the management and property upkeep
