Review for Dickman-Emery Apartments

Car broken into and suspicious behavior at night. Would hear noises outside my window that were definitely not animal noises. Apartment really went downhill. The renters appeared to have become more urban than one would expect. The new landlord did a great job of upsetting at least three long term residents who no longer there. Instead of having good neighbors you know by name, the neighboring apartments are either empty or in deep isolation. This place does not scream home or even feel like it when you are there.
