Overall, not a bad place. Nice pond, fairly quiet neighborhood.

There is no warm water pressure on the third floor shower, and I barely ever get warm water - hot water is out of the question. My apartment also reeks of smoke, even after steam cleaning the new carpets and febreeze-ing all of my belongings. There are also small animals running around in the ceiling. Landlords have done nothing about the animals and the smell.
