Review for Pebble Creek Apartments

This place was horrible. The office manager, Denise, is EXTREMELY rude and treats everyone like they are idiots. She has come in, uninvited, to our apartment TWICE. She is not helpful at all and is demeaning when you have a request.

The maintenance guy is very creepy and doesn't have a clue about what he is doing. Everything he tries to fix ends up being worse! Our refrigerator/stove is well over 30 years old and they refused to replace them even after multiple requests and reports of them not working properly. We have had serious bug problems becaues of the gaps in the front/sliding doors- you can literally see outside when the door is closed.

The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing- it's like being in a hotel. We have had to call the cops SEVERAL times about drunk neighbors and fights in the parking lot in the middle of the night. Also, we have found drug paraphenilia on the yard in front of the complex on MULTIPLE occassions. The cops are here dealing with problems constantly.

They do not monitor who uses the pool at all- several times people who don't even live here have been using it. There are always screaming kids with NO adult supervision. The "workout room" has 3 machines that don't even work most of the time.

Pebble Creek will let ANYONE move in here- I don't think they even have a screening process. STAY AWAY!!!!!
