It's that bad for all properties managed by this company. There's nothing you can do regarding a dishonest and incompetent staff. One or two people are professionally friendly. The honest employees who detect illegal activity don't stay with Peterson Popham/Broadway Management Group for long. History of Complaints for this company are all Jefferson County in every area. If you can't afford an attorney even though you are entitled to compensation for damages and reimbursement, write these numbers down if you need help or legal advice.
