Warning !! Crooks & Criminals Run This Place

Rented: From 2006 To 2006

Stay away from this trap ! I stayed for one year & it was the worse management ever. They stole my rent money saying I did not pay, when I showed up with a witness, well, all of a sudden, the check payment reappeared!!

the place is noisy as crap! freaking ambulances and to top it off, this dude got shot at the front of the street, there were dozens of cops, swat teams around & we were not allowed to enter the building. the place is not safe for nayone, not un less you have a gun to protect yourself.

the dumpster is always full & takes about 2 weeks for them to clean it out

cockroaches by the stairwell & fleas brought it bye the dogs

I would not recommend anyone with common sense to rent from broadway management/Popham whatever

they should change their names to CROOKS & CRIMINALS.
