Review for Broadway Management Group Apartments

Upon the arrival of September 21, 2007, I will have completed my 1 year lease with Broadway Management. The description of the courtesy and services provided by Broadway Management can be described as "lousy" at best. Our apartment was located at 1480 S. 3rd St. The area encompassing and including the land our apartment was sitting on was extremely unsafe and unclean. Although our apartment had been broken into a total of 3 times, Broadway still refused to fix the broken lock on the gate leading to our clump of apartments. Speaking on the phone was always a chore with Broadway Management. It was impossible to get anyone in the main office to answer their phone. I consider myself to be very polite on and off the phone, however, there were many times that our conversations had taken a turn for the worse, solely because of impatience on the Management's part. Although they took all of 4 seconds to write it on our lease, I did not feel that they valued my business at all. Although I still have to go through the process of my post rental evaluation with Broadway Management, I am so disgusted with them that I am not even going to try to get my security deposit back, solely so I don't have to deal with them any longer. This entire review boils down to the single fact that I would not want to put even my worst enemy through what I have been with Broadway Management.
