Review for Broadway Management Group Apartments

Can't believe how crooked these people are. The office and secretary staff are extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. When needed to fix the usual, mundane house problems (i.e., leaky pipes) they never send their handy-man to fix it, despite several attempts to call them DURING OFFICE HOURS and leaving several messages they NEVER REPLY! And when said leaky pipes actually causes the floor to cave in from the wood rot and flood your down stairs neighbors apartment, ruining several of this neighbors belongings. Yet, despite my neighbor AND myself BOMBARDING them with calls for help in this dangerous/health hazard situation, we STILL RECEIVED NO SERVICE. They said that they have only one handy man and he'll get there to fix it at "his convenience." WTF???!?? He never did come, so I guess doing his job was an inconvenience. This was in February when this incident happened, and was still messed up by the time we moved at the end of May.
These people are ridiculous. The apartment MAY look ok for the price you're paying but in the end, it's NOT WORTH IT because their office staff are irresponsible.
Even though we turned in our keys in a envelope with our name and address on it at the end of our lease, they lost said envelope and now are charging us for June rent even though we vacated on May 31st. We've tried calling them to clear this situation up (as we are now living in Seattle, WA. now we can't talk to them in person) and they are rude and switched my husband over to many, many staff members.
Please, if you value your sanity and health, DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!
