Definition Of "Slumlord"

Most problems center on the office staff-- the constant turnover makes getting any service requests attended to nearly impossible. The maintenance manager is fantastic & does quality work as long as he actually gets the service request from the office. His staff ranges from great to god-awful, but again, the constant turnover means we rarely saw the same staff person twice.

Huge issues have dragged on for months, like a collapsing bathroom floor. If we weren't here for a limited time we would definitely have broken the lease & eaten any financial losses with pleasure!

Our building is on the 1300 block of 1st St-- the neighbors on the street are great, the neighbors in the building are horrific. One even regularly throws trash out of the window instead of carrying it to the cans provided! They make it even more of an embarrassment to admit I live here.
