Roach Infested And Bad Maintainence, Crime Area

Rented: From 2007 To 2008

Watch out for apartments from this company off of 6th street. Very bad. Big apartment I must say but everything needs to be fixed like every two weeks and roaches are everywhere. The neighbors do not keep their apartments clean which is why roaches are probably there in the first place. They took like a month to fix our bathroom needs. Anyway I have had my friends car broke into and mine as well. It sucks. Affordable but not worth the cheapness.
