Review for Broadway Management Group Apartments

If you read any of the reviews and they are good, then don't trust it. It was probably written by an employee! My husband and I lived there for about a year and our apartment was broken into twice!! Their idea of fixing it was to replace the door that was kicked in with a piece of plywood that wasn't even big enough to cover the whole doorway! Not to mention that I had to wait over 5 hours just for someone to show up and replace the door! The windows and doors are not insulated and heating bills will cost close to $200 a month. They do not clean between tenants or paint. They has no regard for their tenants and just want to get as much money for the units as they can and pay as little to fix big problems! Broadway Management Group is just as horrible as Peterson Popham. The name change probably came about for all the complaints that P&P received. But be warned the same neglectful and shady practices are being conducted by Broadway Management Group!!

Broadway Management Group IS Peterson Popham. They just changed their name cause so many people avoid them.
