Review for Broadway Management Group Apartments

§ 156.181 HEATING FACILITIES. Louisville Metro Codes says that if they (BMG) claims to offer heat they should maintain a 65 degree temp in apartments starting in October. Its November 10 and the heat is NOT on and it is 33 degrees outside and I called about this 2 weeks ago. It isn't just my apartment cause my building is heated with radiators and they are not on cause BMG is saving money while the rest of us literally shiver. Keep that in mind. I'm a trooper I'm wrapped in a blanket but this is getting ridiculous. In June they turned the buildings gas service off for 2 weeks due to an "emergency" ... my personal gas service which I pay for seperately was unavailable for two weeks but it wasnt an emergency enough for them to get it addressed in a timely manner. Thats no cooking, no warm showers ... and now in the winter ... when they are paying the heat bill ... no warm apartment. Move in here, have a THICK skin and a lot of blankets and patience.
