Most people that have a complaint on any issue always want the world to know about what a horrible experience they had. If it was good, then they dont tell near as many people. This holds true for all areas of life. Truthfully, I have not had any problems with my apartment. I live in the Highlands and love my area and my apartment. If you dont like the area then don't move there. It would not be the managements fault if you chose that neighborhood to live in now would it.If you choose to live in a house that is over 100 years old, then there will be issues. That is your choice again.When I moved in, I got new paint, new carpeting and new flooring in my kitchen. My maintnance guy is always great with his work and timely. More people should write good reviews. Honestly, with as many properties as this company runs, I don't see to many bad reviews. 18 out of about 2,000. NOT BAD. Thanks guys.
