The area may be a little rough and the pipes might be old, but I am pretty comfortable here. the rooms are large for the price you pay and I really like the old louisville look.

i think the staff has been pretty helpfull adn the maintenance is really fansastic, friendly fast and does it right the first time.

if you are looking at these apartments just pay attention to the area and make sure they appear clean and all pipes seem to work. these are old buildings and some of them may have problems. I was just carefull picking my first apartment.
