Rented: 2008 To 2009

I rented with BMG for only a few months when my roommate lost his mind. He began drinking alot (and my alot, I mean cleaning beer cans out of the shower) and began dodging rent. It all finally accumulated until I came home and he had all of my belongs piled in the kitchen and then physically assaulted me on the stairs.
I went to the office and explained the situation. The staff there have been bending over backwards trying to help me, including pushing back eviction dates and working to get me off the lease.
They were also very quick with any maintenance concerns that I had as well as reasonable with pet deposits.
I dont know about their other properties but I know that my experience with BMG has been nothing but good.
