Do Not Move Into The Lofts Of Broadway!

This place is entirely overpriced! You can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors below, above, and beneath you are doing at all hours of the day (even the smallest noises, such as a sneeze). They make the apartments look nice when you look at the model, but when you move in, you realize you have basically a studio apt. you're paying over $800 a month for without any storage space. They control the channels on your cable TV and the internet connection they make you pay for sucks. You have to pay your own LGE bill and then they also bill you every month for electric. In the winter months, my rent was over $900 a month due to all of these extra charges. BMG doesn't handle customer complaints well either. Do not live here. In the past 3 months, they have had a lot of people moving out and not any moving in because this place is getting a bad name and it sucks. Plus, it is right across the street from the ghetto.
