I needed an apartment quick and i didn't have good credit. they worked with me anyways got me in. I think the apartment is good for the money i'm paying compared to some of my neighbors. My maintenance man is always here with in a couple of days and takes care of me problem. Everytime I call the office they are very busy, but usually very helpful. They do the best I've seen with property management companies.
