Review for Holly Park Townhouses Apartments

The apartments are a very good size although I believe managment will allow anyone to move here.. First of all there is a police living in the complex but he was suspended because he was looking at child porn on his work computer and someone killed a little boy recently...if you have a new car BEWARE. the kids run wild over here and the parents dont care if they mess your car. if anything breaks just suck it up until you move..which you will after your years lease is up..the real kicker is the management will never tell you that every apartment has no air upstairs....that Dottie..she acts like she cares but she gone as soon as rent is collected..you might see her..when you need to sign a lease..but after that you on your own... I did like my apartment it was big but outdated..all the appliances were made in the 1970's...they break often...I have recently found me a lovely 2 bedroom town home (with air through out) and a nice covered balcony for the same price 600...
