it's not a horrible place. the neighbors are nice, it's a quiet place, the views are great, and the building has character. But, you can find a much better place. The water is completely shut off multiple times per week. On a couple of occasions, I've had to go work without a shower. There are always pipes breaking in the building. The central air breaks down. The maintenance service is a joke.

It's kind of a shame, because it is a neat building. They need to do some major renovation and get better management.

Also, the management and residents regularly smoke in the hallways, elevator, and stairwells. There's a poor example set by the management, so everyone else follows suit.
