Not What You Pay For.

I was greatly disappointed when I moved in to this apartment. After looking at a couple units I decided to move here, however I made the mistake of assuming they are all in the same condition. The unit I took (without looking at it) had dog hair, over paint on the trim in every room, worn carpets, etc. The indoor pool has not worked since moving in, and the rest of the "gym" area looks a little mistreated and unkept (lights out, etc.) Apparently the indoor pool has had a dehumidifier problem, but it also turns out the city health inspector wouldn't sign off on it. For their sake the staff have always been more than friendly, and the grounds are quite beautiful. But when you pay this much for a place you expect everything to work, and be clean.
