Going downhill since new management took over. Office staff has an attitude and does not care. Units are in need of updating and maintenance issues are rarely addressed. Security is horrible - windows can be opened from the outside even when locked and most of the exterior lights at the doors are burnt out!! Cars are parked everywhere at night as there are not enough parking spots. Grounds are kept pretty nice, but its just a cover for the bad condition of the interior of the units. Appliances need repair often. The unit I had smelled of stale cigarette smoke from the previous tenant. After thoroughly cleaning the unit before moving out they are now trying to charge me for carpet cleaning and other damage that was there when I moved in! I do not recommend this place in any way!!!
