Review for Southgate Apartments

I lived here and regretted every day of it. The management acts like a bunch of orny, immature 11-yr olds who lie for a living. They will tell you ANYTHING and do ANYTHING to get you to move in and the minute your name is on the lease....youre DOOMED. Nothing will work and maintenence is clueless. They couldnt change a lightbulb if they needed to. (and they dont change lightbulbs) The clubhouse/laundry facicility was always closed, fitness room is like a closet full of old, junk machinery, and the units themselves are dirty when you move in. You get to move in and clean up shampoo from the cupboards, ketchup stuck on the racks in the pantry, and a dirty toilet. Maintenance does not even bother to show up to fix anything...no matter what it is. Noise complaints will go completely unnoticed. The staff is just unblievable....they claim to get new staff about every 6 months but ironically nothing changes...and noone new is ever seen. This place is just awefully. I had to live here during the winter for about three months without heat and the staff/mngt could care less. ON top of that, my fireplace didnt work. (of course) I could go on for days about the problems I had here...its just unreal.
