bad staff-inconsiderate/uncaring/deceiving, bad gounds full of dog poop, bad maintenence--inexperienced, bad units-dirty, not taken care of, bad clubhouse/amenities-not taken care of or updated, highest rent anywhere where around for what you (dont) get
