Review for Mcauley Village - Mercy Manor Apartments

The management at this apartment complex is extremely poor. They do not plan ahead for inclement weather, not putting out salt or calcium chloride when snow and ice is expected ect.., They do not keep the lower public level of the complex well lighted nor the parking lot and have no visible security measures. The manager is snide and does what suits her no matter what the majority or rules expect or demand. The manager promotes clikish behavior and uses monitors as personal spies. Once you are in this complex you are more or less stuck there because of income restraints. When it was ran by the nuns everything was fair and above board but since the change in management I would only refer enemies to this complex and tell them how "great" it was.
